Gater Investigations was created to provide superior performance to its clients in the area of investigative services and executive protection. We recognize that our success is based on the integrity of our dealings and relationships with our clients.
We will deliver quality investigative and protection services to our customers' specifications. Our dealings with our clients, employees and other professionals will be marked by dignity, fairness and respect. We will maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency and constantly strive to improve our investigative and protection services. We will continuously reinvest in the business and its staff to maintain and improve our ability to provide quality investigative services and to ensure our clients' information is safe and secure. By providing quality investigative and protective services we will maintain business longevity.
We will strive to offer no-cost consultations in order to establish the investigative needs and financial limits of our clients, and provide them with only the services they need, to the best of our experience and knowledge. We will be honest, open and respectful to our clients and employees and will encourage mutual concern for safety, productivity and accomplishment.
Our association with our clients does not end at the completion of our investigations. Gater Investigations’ agents will be available to provide testimony or bare witness as a result in criminal or civil proceedings. We will also follow up on any investigation should we feel the need to do so, by contacting the client directly to ensure that the inquiry has been completed to the utmost satisfaction, and be available to further any investigation should the need arise.
About Us
Robert received his Ontario private investigator’s license during the Spring of 1990, and has since worked as a licensed investigator for some of the provinces largest and most established firms. Throughout his career, Mr. Gater has been rewarded with the sense of accomplishment he desires, and continues to provide peace of mind to his clients. It is this experience and training that has encouraged Robert to establish Gater Investigations.
