Graffiti

Recently, property owners in Ottawa have been plagued by graffiti artists, or "taggers", who deface private property without any thought to the owner or the community.  It has become such a nuisance that the City of Ottawa has enacted a by-law placing the responsibility of cleaning the vandalized property on the shoulders of the owner, at their own expense.  Failure to do so within seven days may result in the city hiring contractors to do the work and the costs added to the owner's property tax bill.  Essentially, the victim is held responsible for the crime!

Gater Investigations are not only business owners, but members of the Bank Street community and as such, we will offer a 40% discount to property owners who retain our services to help stop this vandalism.  Our team of surveillance specialists will obtain video evidence of the perpetrators and facilitate their arrest in the act.  We will then be available to provide evidence and bear witness in criminal or civil proceedings should you choose to hold them accountable for their actions in a court of law.
